Once your payment clears, we’ll email your Promissory Note and Purchase Agreement. Once you sign the documents, we will set you up on automatic payments (if you are making payments).
Once you pay off your note (or pay the remainder of the Contract price), we will issue your Deed and record it. The County will then mail you the original recorded Deed for your files. At that point you own it free and clear! The transfer process usually takes about two weeks, and most of that is the time it takes for the county to process the paperwork. It’s that simple!
